Kieran was a special dog from a youngster. At the BTCA National in Ohio in June, 2006, he won a large puppy sweepstakes class under Judge Debra Blake. His litter sister, Am/Can. Ch. Ganymede's Pengelly, also won her class, and their other litter brother, Ch. Ganymede's Dark Hunter, was Reserve Winners Dog under Judge Harriet Hayden from the 6 to 9 month class. Kieran finished his American title with 3 five point majors in short order. In Canada, his puppy career was also very successful. He had multiple Best Puppy in Group Awards and finished before he was 10 months old. We then let him grow up a bit and started a champaign in 2008. He was the #1 Border Terrier in Canada that year and then repeated this for 2009 and 2010. In Canada, he is a multiple group winner and has won 2 all breed Reserve Best in Shows. Along the way, he was shown a few times in the U.S. as a special, winning a group 1st and several placings. He was also awarded a Judge's Award of Merit at the BTCA National Specialty Show in Wisconsin under breeder Judge Marg Pough. He is a son of the legendary Am/Can/UK Champion Conundrum Co-Writer.
